Terms of service

1. The service

Mi Planner Boda is an online tool for wedding planners to organize their events: weddings, guests, seating plans, vendors, contracts and payments, quotes, tasks and calendar. It is offered by Edgar Hermosillo, from Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

2. Your account and your team

You are responsible for the activity of your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Whoever creates the organization is its owner and decides who is invited as a collaborator, which weddings they can see and whether they can see amounts. You must give us accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Your content

The information and files you enter remain yours. You authorize us only to store and process them to provide the service, as explained in the privacy notice.

You are responsible for having the right and the consent needed to enter data about your clients, guests and vendors, and for complying with the rules that apply to your business.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activities, to try to access other organizations' information, to breach its security, to send spam or to upload content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Quotes and client responses

Quotes are shared through a public link that you turn on. A client's acceptance, rejection or change request from that link is recorded with their name and date, but it does not replace a contract. You are responsible for formalizing your agreements with your clients.

6. Calculations and amounts

The app calculates totals, balances and alerts to help you with your work. They are a support tool: always verify important figures. The service is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

7. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but it is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We recommend keeping copies of your important documents.

8. Price

The service includes a 10-day free trial. After that, the monthly plan costs 499 Mexican pesos per month, with no lock-in, and the annual plan costs 4,990 Mexican pesos per year (equivalent to 2 months off). Prices are final and invoices are not issued for now. You can cancel whenever you want. We will give you advance notice of any price change, which will not affect a period you have already paid, and no charge will be made without your acceptance.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to soporte@miplannerboda.com. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or put the security of the service at risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from misuse of the service or from causes beyond our reasonable control.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, notify you. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco. For questions, write to soporte@miplannerboda.com.
